Scope

These Terms govern your use of the LumaSpan public website at https://lumaspan.ai, operated by GAITO LLC. Company principal address: GAITO LLC, 732 S 6th St, Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101, US.

The public website presents LumaSpan and lets you contact our team or express interest in a pilot or private beta. These Terms apply to that website and enquiry process. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Content Policy.

Public accounts, paid subscriptions, credit purchases, media uploads and self-service generation are not offered through the current public website. A future pilot or other paid service will require its own agreed scope and any applicable additional terms before it starts.

1. Enquiries and private-beta interest

You must be at least 18 to submit a pilot or private-beta enquiry. Provide accurate contact information and submit only information you are entitled to share. If you contact us for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

A contact form submission or waitlist enquiry does not create an account, start generation, purchase a service or guarantee beta access, a place in a queue, a delivery date or any particular outcome. No payment is taken by the public form.

2. Product information and concept assets

Product descriptions may include planned capabilities that are still in development. Availability and scope will be confirmed directly if we offer you a pilot.

LumaSpan and The Tidal Line visuals on this website are original fictional concept assets. They are not customer work, released productions or evidence that autonomous production has run on the illustrated scenes.

3. Information you send

You retain the rights you have in your enquiry and materials. You permit GAITO LLC and the service providers needed to deliver and handle your message to process it for responding to you, discussing your request and protecting the website, as described in the Privacy Policy.

An initial enquiry is not a confidentiality agreement or a production order. Do not send confidential scripts, sensitive personal data, third-party personal media or materials you are not authorized to share. If a project requires confidential materials, discuss suitable arrangements with us first.

We will not use your submitted materials in public marketing without your separate permission.

4. Acceptable use

Follow our Content Policy. Do not use the website or contact form for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, harassment, spam or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not submit malicious code, overload the website, attempt unauthorized access or bypass access controls.

Internal and operator interfaces are not public services. Links or knowledge of an internal route do not grant permission to access it.

5. Website intellectual property

The website, LumaSpan branding and concept assets are owned by GAITO LLC or their respective rights holders. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reproduce the branding or assets for commercial use. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

We may update, restrict or discontinue parts of the public website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information or availability of planned features. External websites linked from this site are operated under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property complaints

To report suspected copyright or other rights infringement on this website, email legal@lumaspan.ai with the page URL, a description of the material, your relationship to the rights holder and a way to contact you. Please provide enough information for us to investigate without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

For unauthorized use of likeness or other safety concerns, contact safety@lumaspan.ai. These are website reporting contacts; they are not a representation that a designated DMCA agent has been registered.

8. Responsibility and mandatory rights

The public website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Product information is not a guarantee that a particular project can be completed or that AI-generated material will be unique, accurate or protected by copyright.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any paid engagement and its responsibilities must be agreed separately.

9. Questions and disputes

Contact legal@lumaspan.ai about these Terms or a dispute concerning the website. Please describe the issue and the resolution you seek so we can try to resolve it directly. These website Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Applicable mandatory legal protections remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the website and will update the date above. Additional service terms will be provided if and when new services are offered.
