This Privacy Policy explains how GAITO LLC handles personal information on the LumaSpan public website at https://lumaspan.ai, including contact, pilot and private-beta enquiries. GAITO LLC is responsible for the website processing described here.

The current public website provides product information and accepts enquiries. It does not provide public accounts, payments, media uploads or self-service AI generation. If a separate pilot service is offered, its data processing and terms will be explained before additional information is collected.

1. Information we collect

When you submit the contact or pilot form, we receive your name, email address, project type, project description, any company, target length, budget range and timeline you provide, the submission timestamp and the source page. We also receive any company or project information you include in your message. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to send.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website and messages, such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and delivery or error records.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or photographs, voice recordings or other personal media in an initial enquiry. We do not request biometric information through this website.

2. How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project, assess pilot or private-beta interest, and send relevant follow-up messages about your request. We use technical information to operate the website, deliver email, investigate errors and prevent abuse.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, responding to your request may involve steps at your request before entering into a contract; operating and protecting the website and managing correspondence serve our legitimate interests. We rely on consent where required for optional communications and on legal obligations where applicable.

Submitting an enquiry does not authorize unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop beta-related or other optional follow-up emails by replying or contacting privacy@lumaspan.ai. The public contact flow does not submit your message to an AI generation or model-training service.

We use Vercel to host the website and process website requests, and Resend to deliver form submissions to contact@lumaspan.ai. Resend receives the form information needed to send the email, including the visitor email address used for replies. Correspondence is also processed by the email services used to receive and answer messages.

The website does not save contact submissions to a local filesystem or application database. This does not mean a message is immediately deleted: copies and delivery records can remain in our mailbox and the email providers’ systems.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety. We do not sell enquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The current public website code does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process technical requests for delivery and security.

If you use the brief-planning page and choose to save a draft, the draft is stored in this browser’s local storage. It can contain your project name, company website, objective, audience, creative instructions, duration, aspect ratio and budget. Saving this draft does not create a backend project or send the draft through the contact form.

You can remove a saved draft using the page’s clear-draft control or by clearing this website’s data in your browser. Browser storage may remain until you remove it or the browser clears it.

5. Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, manage an ongoing discussion and meet applicable legal or dispute-related obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence and whether follow-up is still needed; the website does not implement an automatic deletion schedule for mailbox messages.

Hosting and email delivery records are subject to provider retention settings and policies. To request deletion of information we hold, contact privacy@lumaspan.ai. We will explain if some information must be retained for a legal reason.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Send requests to privacy@lumaspan.ai. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and handle your request, and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. There is no public account dashboard required to make a request.

7. International processing and security

GAITO LLC’s principal address is in the United States. Website requests and correspondence may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Contact privacy@lumaspan.ai for questions about the processing relevant to your enquiry.

The website uses HTTPS, and the email-delivery API credential is kept in server-side configuration. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

8. Children

The contact and private-beta enquiry process is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not submit children’s personal information or personal media. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact privacy@lumaspan.ai so we can review and address it.
